12. כינוס הכנסת
תיקון: תשס״ו
הכנסת תתכנס לישיבתה הראשונה, לאחר פרסום תוצאות הבחירות, בתוך ארבעה עשר ימים מיום הבחירות לכנסת במועד שייקבע בחוק, אלא אם כן נקבע בחוק מועד סמוך אחר בשל יום מנוחה, חג, מועד, יום זיכרון או בשל סמיכות לאחד מהם, או בשל חול המועד.
