31. סמכויות שופט לגבי חפצים שנמצאו
הובא לפני שופט, מכוח צו חיפוש, חפץ שאסור להשתמש בו או להחזיקו, ולא הוכיח המחזיק הצדק חוקי, רשאי השופט להורות על החרמתו, השחתתו או השמדתו, אף אם לא יובא אדם לדין בקשר אליו.
