1. הגדרות
תיקון: תשע״א
בתקנות אלה –
”חוזה אחיד“ – כהגדרתו בחוק החוזים האחידים, התשמ״ג–1982;
”מידע אחר“ – לרבות עלון מידע, קטלוג, מודעת פרסומת וכן מידע כיוצא באלה, בין מודפס ובין במדיה אלקטרונית;
”תנאי הכלול במידע אחר“ – הוראה הכלולה במידע האחר, המגבילה, מסייגת או מתנה את האמור בו.
