3. אופן כתיבה
תיקון: תשנ״ו־2, תשע״א
בחוזה אחיד ובתנאי הכלול במידע אחר המיועד לצרכן –
(1)האותיות לא תהיינה נטויות או מוצרות וכן הכיתוב עצמו לא יהיה בניצב לתוכן החוזה או המידע, בהיפוך לו או באלכסון;
(2)צבע האותיות יהיה נוגד את צבע הנייר או הרקע שעליו הן כתובות;
(3)הרווח בין השורות לא יקטן מגודל האות בשורה;
(4)האותיות בשורות לא תיגענה אחת בשניה.
