9. הוראת שעה
תיקון: תשע״א, תשע״א־2, תשע״ב
בתקופה שעד יום י״ט בטבת התשע״ג (1 בינואר 2013) יראו כאילו על אף האמור בתקנה 2(3), לעניין פרט (8) בתוספת, צרכן רשאי לבטל הסכם לרכישת שירות המנוי בפרט האמור בתוך 14 ימים מיום עשיית ההסכם ובלבד שהביטול ייעשה 18 ימים שאינם ימי מנוחה לפחות, קודם למועד תחילת השירות.
