(א)לדבר חקיקה של הכנסת ייקרא ”חוק“.
(ב)כל חוק ייחתם בידי יושב ראש הכנסת, ראש הממשלה והשר הממונה על ביצוע החוק.
(ג)(בוטל).
(ד)כל חוק יפורסם ברשומות תוך עשרה ימים מיום קבלתו בכנסת.
