6. אופן ביצוע התיקונים
(א)תיקון קלקול בטובין בתקופת האחריות יחזיר את הטובין למצב שבו היו אלמלא הקלקול, בכפוף להוראת תקנה משנה (ב).
(ב)היה תיקון הטובין בתקופת האחריות כרוך בהחלפת חלקים בהם, יהיו החלקים המחליפים מקוריים וחדשים.
(ג)לא מילא היצרן אחר הוראות תקנות משנה (א) ו־(ב), יספק לצרכן טובין חדשים, זהים או מסוג ואיכות דומים ושווי ערך, או ישיב לו את התמורה ששילם בעדם, לפי בחירת היצרן.
