תיקון: תשנ״ה
(א)סמכויות של שר לפי חוק זה אינן ניתנות לאצילה.
(ב)סמכויות של נשיא בית משפט מחוזי לפי חוק זה, דינן כדין סמכות אחרת לענין סעיף 42 לחוק בתי־המשפט [נוסח משולב], התשמ״ד–1984.
