4. אופן הפרסום
(א)העמדת המידע באינטרנט לעיון הציבור תיעשה באופן שיבטיח את זמינותו, שמירתו, יכולת אחזור המידע והפקת פלט ממנו.
(ב)הרשות הציבורית תפרסם מידע כאמור בתקנה 3(א)(8) באופן מובחן ומודגש אשר יעיד כי המידע הוא מידע מעובד.
