106. פשיטת רגל של העזבון
התברר שאין בעזבון כדי סילוקם של כל חובות העזבון, חייב מנהל העזבון להגיש בקשה למתן צו ניהול העזבון בפשיטת רגל לפי דיני פשיטת רגל, אם לא ציווה בית המשפט על דרך אחרת של חיסול העזבון.
