112. חלוקת נכס כנגד נכס
נכסי העזבון יחולקו בין היורשים ככל האפשר בעין, בשים לב לתועלת שנכס פלוני עשוי להביא ליורש פלוני ולערך הרגשי שיש לנכס פלוני לגבי יורש פלוני.
