121. הוראה כללית
(א)נתמנה מנהל עזבון, אין היורשים רשאים לעשות בעזבון, אלא ברשות מנהל העזבון או בית המשפט.
(ב)לא נתמנה מנהל עזבון, ינוהל ויחולק העזבון על ידי היורשים לפי הוראות סימן זה.
