ההוראות לפי סעיף 7ב לפקודת המסים (גבייה) לעניין צו עיקול או צו מסירה, ובכלל זה ההוראות לעניין מתן צו כאמור והחובה למסור מעוקל בהתאם לצו, יחולו, בשינויים המחויבים, לעניין פנייה לגביית חוב בידי הממונה על הגבייה והעברת כספי עיזבון לרשות בידי התאגיד הבנקאי לפי פנייה כאמור, בהתאם להוראות סימן זה.
