131. אחריות של הזוכה במנה
(א)הזוכה במנה אינו אחראי, על אף האמור בסעיפים 127 עד 130, לחובות העזבון שלא סולקו לפני חלוקתו, אלא כדי שוויו של מה שקיבל מן העזבון, ונושה אינו רשאי לגבות ממנו כל עוד הוא יכול לגבות מיורש שאינו זוכה במנה.
(ב)הזוכה במנה אינו אחראי למנותיהם של זוכים אחרים.
