בפרק זה, ”מושב“ של אדם – המקום בו נמצא מרכז חייו; קטין, פסול־דין ואדם שמונה לו אפוטרופוס, חזקה עליו שמושבו הוא במקום מושבו של נציגו כמשמעותו בחוק הכשרות המשפטית והאפוטרופסות, תשכ״ב–1962, כל עוד לא הוכח שמרכז חייו נמצא במקום אחר.
