144. סייג לתחולת דין־חוץ
על אף האמור בחוק זה, דין־חוץ המקנה זכויות ירושה על פי דין למי שאיננו קרוב למוריש קרבת דם או קרבה של נישואין, חיתון או אימוץ, אין נזקקים לו אלא במידה שאותו דין־חוץ מכיר בזכויות ירושה כאמור המוקנות בדין הישראלי.
