147. דין תשלומים על פי ביטוח וכו׳
סכומים שיש לשלם עקב מותו של אדם על פי חוזה ביטוח, על פי חברות בקופת קיצבה או בקופת תגמולים או על פי עילה דומה, אינם בכלל העזבון, זולת אם הותנה שהם מגיעים לעזבון.
