40. נושא הצוואה
אדם רשאי לצוות לאחד או לאחדים –
(1)כל עזבונו או חלק יחסי מכל עזבונו;
(2)נכס מנכסי עזבונו או טובת הנאה מעזבונו (בחוק זה – מנה).
