51. מנה של נכס מסויים
(א)ציווה המצווה נכס מסויים, יזכה בו הזוכה כמות שהיה הנכס במות המצווה.
(ב)אין הזוכה זכאי לדרוש מן היורשים האחרים סילוקו של שעבוד ששועבד בו הנכס על ידי המצווה.
(ג)אין הזוכה זכאי לפיצוי מן היורשים האחרים אם במות המצווה לא היה הנכס בין נכסיו.
(ד)פירות הנכס ויציאותיו עד מות המצווה הם לחשבון העזבון, מאז ואילך הם לחשבונו של הזוכה, זולת אם זכה בנכס במועד מאוחר יותר.
