88. אחריות
מנהל עזבון אחראי לנזק שגרם עקב הפרת חובתו כמנהל עזבון; בית המשפט רשאי לפטרו מאחריותו, כולה או מקצתה, אם פעל בתום לב ונתכוון למילוי תפקידיו; מנהל עזבון אינו נושא באחריות אם פעל בתום לב לפי הוראות בית המשפט.
