90. מימוש הערובה
תיקון: תשפ״ג
ערובה לפי סעיף 89 תינתן לזכות היורשים, והם מוסמכים לפעול למימושה בהתאם להוראות בית המשפט; במקרים המנויים בתוספת השנייה, רשאי האפוטרופוס הכללי, לבקשת יורש אחד או יותר, לייצג את היורשים בכל הנוגע למימוש הערובה אם מצא האפוטרופוס הכללי או בית המשפט כי בנסיבות העניין יש צורך בכך.
