נתן המוריש בצוואתו הוראות בענין מן הענינים הנתונים לפי סימן זה לשיקול דעתו של בית המשפט, יפעל בית המשפט בהתאם להוראות אלה, זולת אם שוכנע, מטעמים שיירשמו, שהיו סיבות מיוחדות לסטות מהן.
