6. הנחיות מינהליות וחוקי עזר
(א)רשות ציבורית תעמיד לעיון הציבור את ההנחיות המינהליות הכתובות שעל פיהן היא פועלת ושיש להן נגיעה או חשיבות לציבור.
(ב)הוראות סעיף 9 יחולו, בשינויים המחויבים, על העמדת הנחיות מינהליות לעיון הציבור לפי סעיף זה.
(ג)רשות מקומית תעמיד לעיון הציבור את חוקי העזר שלה.
