13. דיווח על החלטות
תיקון: תשנ״ג, תשנ״ה־2, תשס״ט, תשע״ב, תשע״ד־2
(א)יחידה מזמינה תדווח לועדת המכרזים על החלטה לביצוע התקשרות ללא מכרז לפי תקנות 3(1) ו־(8).
(ב)ועדת פטור משרדית תדווח לחשב הכללי על החלטותיה לאשר התקשרות שלא בדרך של מכרז פומבי, וכן על החלטותיה לאשר ביצוע התקשרות בדרך של מכרז ממוכן מהיר; דיווחים כאמור ייעשו בדרך ממוכנת, לפי הוראות שייתן החשב הכללי.
