תיקון: תשנ״ז
ועדת המכרזים תדווח –
(1)למבקר הפנים של קופת החולים – על מתן פטור מחובת מכרז לפי פסקאות (3) עד (6) בתקנה 40ג;
(2)למנהל הכללי, למבקר הפנים ולמועצת קופת החולים – על מתן פטור לפי תקנה 40ג(7) וכן על התקשרות בפטור ממכרז ששוויה עולה על מיליון שקלים חדשים;
(3)למנהל – על מתן פטור ממכרז לפי תקנה 40ג(7), בתוך 30 ימים.
