46. תחילה ותחולה
תיקון: תשנ״ג, תשס״ג
(א)תחילתן של תקנות אלה ביום תחילתו של החוק.
(ב)תחולתה של תקנה 3(23) עד תום שנה מיום תחילתו של החוק.
(ג)תחולתה של תקנה 3(26) עד תום שנתיים מיום תחילתו של החוק.
(ד)(בוטלה).
