5ה. סכומים מופחתים
תיקון: תשס״ח
(א)הממונה אינו רשאי להטיל עיצום כספי בסכום הנמוך מהסכומים הקבועים בחוק זה, אלא לפי הוראות סעיף קטן (ב).
(ב)השר, בהסכמת שר המשפטים, רשאי לקבוע מקרים, נסיבות ושיקולים שבשלהם ניתן יהיה להטיל עיצום כספי בסכום הנמוך מהקבוע בחוק זה, בשיעורים שיקבע.
