4. תנאים וחיובים
מתנה יכול שתהיה על תנאי ויכול שתחייב את המקבל לעשות מעשה בדבר־המתנה או להימנע מלעשותו; נותן המתנה רשאי לדרוש מהמקבל את מילוי החיוב, ורשאי לדרוש זאת מי שהחיוב הוא לזכותו, ואם היה בדבר ענין לציבור – היועץ המשפטי לממשלה או בא כוחו.
