6. דרכי ההקניה
הבעלות בדבר־המתנה עוברת למקבל במסירת הדבר לידו, או במסירת המסמך לידו המזכה אותו לקבלו, ואם היה הדבר ברשות המקבל – בהודעת הנותן למקבל על המתנה; והכל כשאין בדין אחר הוראות מיוחדות לענין הנדון.
