4. משלוח דואר לאחר עדכון כתובת
תיקון: תשע״ב
שלחה רשות מסמך בדואר לאחר שחלפו 50 ימים מיום עדכון כתובת, לכתובת למשלוח דואר קודמת של אדם, יראו את המסמך כאילו לא הגיע ליעדו, אלא אם כן הוכח אחרת; לענין זה, ”כתובת למשלוח דואר“ – לרבות כתובת נוספת למשלוח דואר לקטין כאמור בסעיף 2א.
