6. תחולה ושמירת תרופות
(א)הוראות חוק זה יחולו כשאין בחוק אחר הוראות מיוחדות לענין הנדון ואין הסכם אחר בין הצדדים.
(ב)חוק זה יחול גם על המדינה.
(ג)אין בחוק זה כדי לגרוע מתרופות אחרות.
