המלים ”או“, ”אחר“ או ביטוי דומה להן – להבדיל מן המפורט שלפניהן הן באות ולא להקיש לו, זולת אם יש עמן המלים ”דומה“ או ”כיוצא בזה“ או ביטוי אחר שמשמעו היקש.
