1א. שויון לפני החוק
תיקון: תש״ס
(א)דין אחד יהיה לאישה ולאיש לכל פעולה משפטית; וכל הוראת חוק המפלה לרעה את האישה, באשר היא אישה, לכל פעולה משפטית – אין נוהגים לפיה.
(ב)לענין סעיף קטן (א), אין נפקא מינה אם ביסוד פעולה שתוצאתה היא הפליה הייתה כוונה להפלות, או לא.
