6. התיישנות
(א)תקופת ההתיישנות של תביעה לפי חוק זה תהא שלוש שנים.
(ב)לא תוגש תובענה לפי חוק זה אלא תוך עשר שנים מתום השנה שבה יצא המוצר משליטת היצרן.
