27ב. טיפול בקטין שהורהו הורשע או הואשם בביצוע עבירת מין או אלימות כלפיו
תיקון: תשפ״א
הוראות סעיף 16א לחוק זכויות החולה, התשנ״ו–1996, יחולו בשינויים המחויבים גם על הטיפולים האלה הניתנים לקטין:
(1)טיפול רגשי או סוציאלי שניתן על ידי עובד סוציאלי;
(2)טיפול שניתן במרכזי הטיפול הייעודיים לטיפול בילדים ובני נוער נפגעי תקיפה מינית שמפעיל משרד העבודה, הרווחה והשירותים החברתיים או מי מטעמו.
