28ב. בקשה בעניין קשר בין קטין ובין הורי הוריו
תיקון: תשע״ב־2
(א)בית המשפט רשאי, אם ראה שהדבר הוא לטובת הקטין, להחליט בבקשת הורי הוריו בעניין הקשר בינם ובין הקטין.
(ב)בקשה לפי סעיף זה ולפי סעיף 28א תוגש לבית המשפט בדרך של בקשה ליישוב סכסוך ותופנה ליחידת הסיוע שבבית המשפט; שר המשפטים יקבע הוראות בעניין דרך הגשת הבקשה והדיון בה.
