32ד. מיופי כוח במשותף
תיקון: תשע״ו
מינה אדם לפי סימן זה שני מיופי כוח או יותר שיפעלו במשותף, יחולו על מיופי הכוח הוראות סעיף 46(1) עד (4), בשינויים המחויבים, אם לא קבע הממנה אחרת בייפוי הכוח; התפנה מקומו של אחד ממיופי הכוח או שחדל לפעול, באופן זמני או לצמיתות, ימשיכו מיופי הכוח האחרים לפעול בהתאם לייפוי הכוח ולהוראות לפי פרק זה, כל עוד לא קבע הממנה אחרת בייפוי הכוח.
