32ז. חיובי מיופה הכוח
תיקון: תשע״ו
(א)מיופה כוח חייב לפעול בשקידה, במיומנות, במסירות ובלא התרשלות ולנהוג בתום לב לשמירת ענייניו של הממנה ולא לטובת ענייניו שלו.
(ב)בלי לגרוע מהוראות סעיף 32ט, בעל מקצוע שהתמנה כמיופה כוח כדי שיפעיל את כישוריו המקצועיים יפעל במסירות ובמקצועיות כפי שבעל מקצוע היה מפעיל כלפי לקוחו.
(ג)הוראות סעיף 57 יחולו לעניין מיופה כוח, בשינויים המחויבים.
