תיקון: תשמ״ה, תשע״ו
האפוטרופוס חייב להגיש לאפוטרופוס הכללי, תוך שלושים ימים מיום מינויו, פרטה של נכסי האדם שהוא אפוטרופסו, כולל חובותיו, זולת אם פטר אותו האפוטרופוס הכללי, בהתאם לנהלים שקבע, מחובה זו או קבע מועד אחר להגשת הפרטה.
