42. סמכות לקבוע את הפרטים של שטרי כסף ומעות
(א)הנגיד, באישור המועצה והממשלה, יקבע את ערכם הנקוב של שטרי הכסף שיוצאו, צורתם, תוכנם ושאר פרטיהם; שטרי הכסף יישאו את חותם חתימתו של הנגיד.
(ב)הנגיד יקבע, באישור המועצה והממשלה, את ערכן הנקוב של המעות שיוצאו, תרכובתן, משקלן, תבניתן ושאר פרטיהן.
