50. ניהול חשבונות
(א)הבנק רשאי לנהל חשבונות בעבור תאגידים בנקאיים וגופים פיננסיים אחרים, וכן, לפי החלטת הנגיד באישור הוועדה, בעבור בנקים מרכזיים, רשויות מוניטריות ובנקים זרים, והכל בתנאים שיקבע הנגיד, לרבות גביית עמלות ניהול או עמלות אחרות.
(ב)חשבון בבנק יכול שינוהל במטבע ישראלי או במטבע חוץ, כפי שיקבע הנגיד.
