תיקון: תשע״ט
בפרק זה –
”גורם מייצב“ – כל אחד מאלה:
(1)משרד האוצר;
(2)בנק ישראל;
”סיכון מערכתי“ – סיכון לפגם או לשיבוש במערכת הפיננסית, כולה או חלקה, שהתממשותו עלולה לגרום להשפעות שליליות משמעותיות למשק;
”רשות פיקוח פיננסית“ – כל אחד מאלה:
(1)המפקח על הבנקים;
(2)רשות שוק ההון ביטוח וחיסכון;
(3)המפקח על נותני שירותים פיננסיים;
(4)הממונה בבנק על פיקוח על מערכות תשלומים;
(5)רשות ניירות ערך.
