63. סכומים מופחתים
(א)הנגיד אינו רשאי להטיל עיצום כספי בסכום הנמוך מהסכומים הקבועים בפרק זה, אלא לפי הוראות סעיף קטן (ב).
(ב)הנגיד, בהתייעצות עם שר המשפטים, רשאי לקבוע בצו מקרים, נסיבות ושיקולים שבשלהם ניתן יהיה להפחית את העיצום הכספי הקבוע בפרק זה, ובשיעורי הפחתה מרביים שיקבע.
