69. פרסום
הוטל עיצום כספי לפי פרק זה, רשאי הנגיד לפרסם בעיתון או בכל דרך אחרת את דבר הטלת העיצום הכספי וסכומו, את שמו של המפר ואת מהות ההפרה שבשלה הוטל העיצום הכספי ונסיבותיה, ורשאי הנגיד להורות למפר לפרסם פרסום כאמור.
