75. דוח כספי
(א)הבנק יערוך בתוך שלושה חודשים לאחר תום כל שנה דוח כספי שנתי, המשקף את הרכבם ואת שוויים של נכסי הבנק ושל התחייבויותיו ליום העסקים האחרון של השנה, את תוצאות פעולותיו לאותה השנה ואת השינויים בהון הבנק; הדוח ייערך על פי כללים חשבונאיים מקובלים בהתאמה לפעילות המיוחדת של בנק מרכזי ויבוקר בידי רואה החשבון המבקר.
(ב)דוחות לפי סעיף זה יאושרו במועצה ויוגשו לממשלה ולוועדת הכספים של הכנסת, ויפורסמו לציבור בדרך שקבעה המועצה.
