82. ייצוג לפני מוסדות כספיים בין־לאומיים
תיקון: תשע״ח־2
(א)הבנק ייצג את המדינה בכל עניין הנוגע לחברות המדינה בקרן המטבע הבין־לאומית, בבנק להסדרי סליקה בין־לאומיים וכן במוסדות כספיים בין־לאומיים אחרים על פי החלטת הממשלה.
(ב)הבנק רשאי לבצע כל פעולה הנדרשת לצורך הייצוג, לרבות השקעה במניותיו של מוסד כספי בין־לאומי.
