4. סמכות שיפוט ותרופות
תיקון: תשע״ד
(א)לבית הדין לעבודה סמכות ייחודית לדון בתובענות לפי חוק זה;
(ב)בתובענה לפי חוק זה רשאי בית הדין לעבודה, נוסף על כל סעד אחר, לפסוק פיצויים, אף אם לא נגרם נזק של ממון, בשיעור שייראה לו בנסיבות העניין.
