תיקון: תשע״ד, תש״ף
מי שמוטלת עליו חובה לפי חיקוק המנוי בתוספת הראשונה לפרסם מידע או לדווח על שכר של עובדים ונושאי משרה, יכלול בפרסום או בדיווח כאמור התייחסות לפי מין; שר הכלכלה רשאי, באישור הוועדה לקידום מעמד האישה ולשוויון מגדרי של הכנסת, לשנות, בצו, את התוספת הראשונה.
