תיקון: תשנ״ח, תשע״א, תשע״ד
בחוק זה –
”נערה“ – (נמחקה);
”נער“ – (נמחקה);
”נישואין“ – כוללים קידושין; והפועל ”נשא“ לכל בניניו, יתפרש לפי זה;
”עובד סוציאלי לפי חוק גיל הנישואין“ – עובד סוציאלי שמונה בידי שר הרווחה והשירותים החברתיים, לעניין חוק זה;
”קטין“ – כמשמעותו בסעיף 3 לחוק הכשרות המשפטית והאפוטרופסות, התשכ״ב–1962.
