114. תקנות לעניין העברת נכסים
שר האוצר רשאי לקבוע הוראות לעניין העברת הנכסים לפי פרק זה, לרבות בעניינים אלה:
(1)האופן והמועדים לביצוע תשלומים לפי פרק זה;
(2)דרכי תיקון רשימת הממונה שנקבעה לפי סעיף 101(א)(3).
